Phase I – Organization. Assemble a team of advisors, which include spiritual, accounting, tax, and legal professionals that can guide and strengthen our infrastructure.
Phase II – Development. Begin the development, planning and application processes for the programs identified.
Phase III – Sponsorship. During this phase the newly apointed Directors will begin the task of seeking donors, supporters and sponsorships for the successful implementation and identified programs.
Phase IV – Implementation and Growth. Once the Foundation has been set, the implementation will commence and applications and programs will begin to be rolled out one at a time.
